SAP Returnship Program

About the Program

SAP’s EMEA Returnship program is a 6-month program for mid-career professionals with 5+ years’ work experience who have taken a career break of 2+ years for caregiving, relocation, personal healthcare or military service.

The program includes workshops, coaching and a dedicated buddy assigned to ease the transition, as you ramp-up back into the workforce. Our Returnship roles have been carefully selected to help you build skills and confidence to restart your work experience.

Subject to business need and performance, applicants will be offered opportunities for full-time employment at SAP.

Program Highlights:

• Our roles currently include Sales, Pre-sales and Partner Manager, Business Development Manager, Demand Generation, Program Lead roles in our Customer Value Group function
• Hybrid and remote working (up to 3 days per week) with office presence in Madrid, Johannesburg, Riyadh and Paris (Levallois).
• Structured program to support you during your transition back to the workforce
